1. Nothing is committed until we confirm

Joining the waitlist, sharing your details, or speaking with us is a registration of interest only. It is not a guarantee or a binding offer of service, and it does not create any commitment, from you or from us, right now.

A commitment is created only after we reach out to you and both sides confirm onboarding. Until that confirmation happens, nothing on this page or elsewhere obliges us to provide, or you to accept, any service.

2. Where we operate

Nano is currently live in Mangaluru only. Availability is limited, rolls out area by area, and is offered entirely at our discretion. Being in a serviceable area does not by itself entitle you to service.

3. How the service works

There are three ways to take part:

If you already have house help: we help cover their salary while they record their cleaning work, and that footage and data is supplied to Nano.

If you don't have help: we arrange a cleaner for your home at no cost to you, and their cleaning work is recorded.

If you're independent and do your own domestic work: you record your own cleaning work, and you are compensated at the same rate.

4. Service frequency & scheduling

If you don't have existing house help and we send a cleaner, Nano decides the frequency and scheduling of visits based on operational and data needs. The frequency may vary over time and is not guaranteed to be daily or fixed.

5. Salary support & reimbursement

Where we help cover an existing maid's salary, full reimbursement is conditional on a minimum daily amount of cleaning data being supplied. If the data supplied falls short of that minimum, reimbursement is reduced proportionally (pro-rated) for the shortfall.

Reimbursement is capped at ₹8,000 per month at Nano's sole discretion. All reimbursement is subject to verification of the data actually supplied.

6. Conditions apply

Nano may decline, pause, reduce, or discontinue service at any time, at our discretion, where conditions are less than ideal. This includes, without limitation: serviceable-area or capacity limits, unsafe or unsuitable conditions, an inability to capture usable footage or data, non-cooperation, or anything that makes providing the service impractical.

In short: conditions apply, and participation is always at Nano's discretion.

7. Your responsibilities

To take part, you agree to give accurate information, provide reasonable and safe access to your home at agreed times, and cooperate with the cleaning and recording process so the service can function as intended.

8. No cost to you

The service is free. You pay nothing to Nano to take part.

9. Recordings & data

The service involves recording cleaning work in your home. A separate privacy notice will explain how those recordings and data are collected, stored, and used. By taking part, you acknowledge that recording is a core part of how the service works.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Mangaluru, Karnataka.
